Client returned to purchase the rights to circulate several of the internal resources we created under this contract to their membership and network.
Provided anti-racism and organizational development consulting to CPAWS through a series of half-day trainings, communications strategy, and HR-informed advising. The work focused on building internal capacity for equity-informed environmental leadership and supporting structural transformation across national and regional teams.
Designed and facilitated two interactive, half-day training sessions on anti-racism, cultural safety, and relational accountability in conservation work
Advised on internal communications and external positioning, aligning anti-racism values with brand integrity and audience engagement
Supported conflict mediation and staff care processes, including HR response guidance and trauma-informed recommendations
Consulted on community and partner relations to rebuild trust and equity-centred practices across campaigns and collaborations
