This report is brought to life through three phases, including training and leadership skills development.
Coordinating cross-departmental consultation with staff, leadership, and partners across Turtle Island and internationally
Designing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools to map organizational gaps, priorities, and transformation readiness
Authoring narrative frameworks and strategy documents aligned with Greenpeace International’s justice objectives and UNDRIP commitments
Translating complex Indigenous, climate, and policy frameworks into accessible language for internal learning, public accountability, and partnership development
Developing communications materials, key messaging, and branded visual tools to support internal engagement and external reporting
Supporting multilateral alignment, including peer strategy sharing with global Greenpeace offices and climate movement collaborators
