Greenpeace Canada 3-Year Vision and Goals

Jan 2025 - Present

Enabled $25,000+ in renewal funding through strategic communications and cross-team brand alignment. Tools were adapted across departments and international offices.

Led the design and authorship of Wayfinding Decolonized Transformation, Greenpeace Canada’s organization-wide decolonization strategic vision document. Grounded in Indigenous governance models, intersectional equity, and climate justice, the three-year roadmap integrates structural, cultural, and relational transformation to guide Greenpeace’s work internally and externally.

This report is brought to life through three phases, including training and leadership skills development.

  • Coordinating cross-departmental consultation with staff, leadership, and partners across Turtle Island and internationally

  • Designing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative evaluation tools to map organizational gaps, priorities, and transformation readiness

  • Authoring narrative frameworks and strategy documents aligned with Greenpeace International’s justice objectives and UNDRIP commitments

  • Translating complex Indigenous, climate, and policy frameworks into accessible language for internal learning, public accountability, and partnership development

  • Developing communications materials, key messaging, and branded visual tools to support internal engagement and external reporting

  • Supporting multilateral alignment, including peer strategy sharing with global Greenpeace offices and climate movement collaborators
